Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy:
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your service. Deposits are transferable a maximum of two times.
Cancellation Fees:
• No Call No Show: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 30% cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment online up to 3 days before the scheduled time.
• Communication: Please communicate any scheduling changes with us. We are more than willing to accommodate your needs.
